("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the Zserved platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). 3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be a licensed legal professional or authorized to act on behalf of a law firm
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Comply with all professional ethics and bar regulations in your jurisdiction

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access most features of our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

$ZSERVED tokens are utility tokens that provide governance rights within our decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). Tokens are not securities and have no investment value.

9.2 Governance Participation

Token holders may participate in governance decisions regarding platform development and policies. Voting power is proportional to token holdings.

9.3 Regulatory Compliance

Token distribution and governance activities comply with applicable securities and cryptocurrency regulations. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service interruptions or temporary unavailability.

14. Termination
